Water Conservation Programs


City of Sebastopol Clothes Washer and Toilet Rebate Programs

The City of Sebastopol provides cash rebates for the replacement of clothes washers and high-flow toilets in existing occupancies. The rebates do not apply to new construction.

To participate in the Clothes Washer Rebate program, please download the application below and submit your paperwork to the Administrative Services Department at 7120 Bodega Ave., Sebastopol, CA 95472. The rebate credit will be applied to your next water bill.

To participate in the HET Toilet Rebate program, you will contact the Building Department at (707) 823-8597 to schedule an on-site inspection - after the new HET toilet(s) have been installed. The rebate credit will be applied to your next water bill, and you will receive a slight reduction on your sewer bi-monthly charge.
